This is both a statement of the general public, I believe, and also of myself. The movies you see here are ones I have actually seen, so I apologize for not adding items like Monster's Ball or Brokeback Mountain into the mix. Some of his works are emphasized more than others here, I am aware of that.. but all the same, it is dedicated to this one man.This here is to Heath Ledger, one of the few actors I've ever really admired and appreciated watching every time. His unfortunate and immediate loss is something no one ever saw coming. To be such a popular actor, even when he was just hitting around 20 with "10 Things I Hate About You," is enough testimony to what he could really do, both on and off-screen.My heart and thoughts go out to his family and friends right now during this troubling time (the quotes of personal obituary letters are taken from reliable sources, you can check me up on that (I am NOT a member of the Ledger or connected to them, I can assure you of that.) Hollywood has lost one of its greatest talents here, and no one can ever replace that lighthearted, feelgood presence that he always seemed to bring no matter who he played as. You can't help but admire him at some point.True Story about HeathWhen he auditioned for The Patriot, he felt that he had messed up so badly that he apologized to the interviewers for wasting both his time and more importantly their time, thanking them and shaking their hands politely and respectfully. He left the room, head down and gave up every hope he had for a chance at the part.But 3 days later, he received a call that asked him "So hey...
