The energy giant has set new terms for gas delivery to Ukraine which are to be based on fair market value. Earlier, Kiev had failed to accept a lower offer. The country's gas supply was turned off New Year's Day due to unpaid debt.
Gazprom would have to use extreme measures to make Ukraine return to the negotiations table, says Gazprom CEO Aleksy Miller. Ukraine has declined every Russian proposal concerning a new gas agreement and is continuing to steal Russias gas destined for Europe.

In this clip, Kramer and Newman are playing Risk...on the Subway, because neither one of them trusts the other to leave the game unattended. They discuss tactics and Kramer denounces the Ukraine, which catches the ear of a man standing next to them, from the Ukraine. His anger escalates rather quickly, and the rest is history. I never expected the controversy that has come up over the misuse of "The Ukraine" - lol
