Derek Roddy jamming out. P.S. Derek was, is and always will be better than Joey Jordison, so quit posting if you're not older than 15 or listen to Slipknot.
The 'official' video for Small World, taken from the critically acclaimed album Surf, on Redemption Records. This was filmed in 2002 at the Borderline in London during the "month of Tuesdays" residency to launch of the album. The song became the theme to the BBC's hit comedy series "Early Doors".
From the days when mainstream pro-wrestling showed something called "emotion"Roddy Piper bottles himnself to prove to the sheepherders that he doesnt give a shit. This made people want to pay money to see the match, which is what a wrestling promo is supposed to do. Take note junior.

Much like the StarrCade Dog-Collar Match of StarrCade'83, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper & Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka had a similar grudge match in the WWF which was never aired. Jessie "The Body" Ventura does the play by play. 1984
Derek Roddy, former drummer for bands such as Nile, Hate Eternal, Divine Empire, Malevolent Creation, etc. gives us a few tips on how to utilize heel-toe technique on your hi-hat pedal to work on your balance, coordination, timing, and interdependence. For the record, so I don't keep getting comments asking these questions: *sigh*1) I am not Derek Roddy. I wish I was, but I'm just a guy who downloaded something off of his website and posted it on YouTube.2) Why is he using two bass drums and a double pedal? In this specific case, being that it's a bit of an older video, Derek's bass drums are THE SAME SIZE, but there's no mic hooked up to the bass drum on the left. I've heard theories ranging from being able to do the lick easier, to having it as a tom holder, to having a broken microphone. The latter is my assumption, but no confirmation on my part. You can ask Derek personally if it bothers you that much; just quit asking, please. I'm not 100% sure. :)Visit http://derekroddy.com/ for more media and to find out more about what Derek's up to these days. Also visit his YouTube page at http://www.youtube.com/user/MrObsidian for good shit.
Haven't posted any fast playing in awhile. I still need to boost my endurance but, I'm surprised I can still bust out 250-260 without having practiced this stuff for quite sometime.Word!D.
